Cybersecurity Client Officer, Wells Fargo
As a recognized cybersecurity leader, as well as previous Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for a global HR company and Big 4 consulting executive, Tami Hudson has extensive executive cybersecurity and compliance experience in the financial services, consumer goods, healthcare, and media & entertainment industries.
A seasoned executive with 20+ years of experience in IT and cyber, she is well versed in strategically planning, building and executing risk based cyber programs across each of the cyber domains, M&A cyber risk assessment, global ransomware attacks, post-breach cyber program maturation, and organization wide cyber risk reduction. Further, she is recognized for skillfully merging her technical and business acumen to execute organization-wide cyber change, mature cyber posture, and transform business models for success in this digital era.
Within her current role, she is responsible for spearheading Wells Fargo’s client/consumer cyber priorities and interfacing across the lines of business on cybersecurity. This encompasses: leading the bank’s Business Information Security Officer (BISO) organization, driving the cyber client/consumer strategy, cyber voice of the client program, as well as partnering with industry/government policy makers to enhance resiliency efforts across the global cyber ecosystem. Further, she serves as the senior executive advisor on cyber related audits using a risk based approach to manage threats, and demonstrate regulatory compliance.
Tami has been a featured speaker during multiple cyber events including the Wall Street Journal Cybersecurity Conference and the NASDAQ Cybersecurity Summit, and has received several awards and recognitions. She is also an active advocate for DE&I, and member in the community with current/past leadership roles including: Georgia Tech board of directors, Columbia University Center of Technology Executive Mentor, and United Way board, as well as the board for several private equity companies. Tami obtained a bachelors from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Duke University.
