Senior Vice President for Subsidiary Security, Mergers & Acquisitions, and External Partnerships
Jenne Griffin is a highly accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in information technology, security, and strategic management across both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Jenne currently serves as a Senior Vice President at PNC, where she oversees Subsidiary Security, External Partnerships, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Executive Communications. Previously, she was Chief Information Officer and Managing Director at Harris Williams, a global investment bank and PNC subsidiary, where she drove continuous improvement in product delivery, applications, data engineering, security, and corporate real estate, supporting scale and growth for a globally distributed workforce.
Prior to her tenure at Harris Williams, Jenne founded JG Solutions LLC/Sigma Consulting Group, delivering tailored strategies and implementations for people, process, and technology transformation to Fortune 500 companies, associations, and startups. Her earlier roles include Chief Operating Officer & Regional Director at Common Impact, where she established the Southeast regional office and led IT, operations, business development, and program management, fostering partnerships between Fortune 500 professionals and local nonprofits.
Jenne has also contributed as an Adjunct Professor of Strategic Management at Virginia Commonwealth University, sharing her expertise with future business leaders. She holds a BS in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. Committed to community engagement, Jenne has volunteered with the Family Advisory Network at Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU, supporting health initiatives and family advocacy. She lives in Richmond, Virginia, with her husband and three children.
