Jordan Heisler is the Senior Vice President, Payments Technology and Resilience. He focuses on strengthening payment capabilities, operational resilience, and cyber risk management across complex global financial services environments. Jordan works at the intersection of payment technology, cyber risk, regulatory compliance, and operational execution, partnering across technology, product, operations, compliance, and risk to support safe, scalable, and resilient payment innovation.
Jordan has more than a decade of experience leading risk and compliance programs at large financial services firms, including First Citizens Bank and JPMorgan Chase Bank. He led technology, operations, and compliance teams in support of payment modernization initiatives. Jordan’s risk and compliance experience spans international payments, digital assets and fintech partnerships. He has supported regulatory engagement through examination management, supervisory communications, and the development of governance and control frameworks aligned to regulatory expectations. Jordan has led large cross-functional teams in implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to improve control effectiveness and strengthen risk management across various payment ecosystems.
Jordan holds a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He maintains a certification in Applied Business Analytics from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Jordan currently lives in Arizona.
