Brad is Citi’s Global Head of Governance, Risk & Control, and Policy for Cybersecurity (including Information Security). Brad is responsible to ensure that Citi has in place a governance model that proactively identifies the inherent cybersecurity risks of the services provided and mitigates those risks to an acceptable level within Citi’s defined cybersecurity Risk Appetite. Additionally, Brad is responsible for the cybersecurity organization’s Program and Performance management responsibilities. This includes oversight of the cybersecurity book of work, maintaining a cybersecurity strategy that is aligned with industry and regulatory requirements, as well as managing cybersecurity performance management processes to ensure key metrics are in place to determine compliance with Citi’s cybersecurity standards.  

Since joining Citi over twenty-five years ago, Brad has held various management roles in Securities & Banking Operations, Technology Engineering, as well as additional areas within O&T. 

Brad received his M.B.A. in Finance and Information Systems from New York University, and his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University. Brad lives in Westchester County, NY with his wife and three children. When not in the office, Brad enjoys volunteering his time coaching youth sports and on various town committees, as well as spending time with his active family.
