Jason is a seasoned leader in IT Risk Management and Cyber Security with over 15 years of experience leading global technology and security teams. As the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Raymond James and Chief Information Security Officer for Raymond James Bank, Raymond James Trust, and TriState Capital Bank, he is a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and the Board of Directors. His responsibilities include defining security and risk strategy, advising leadership on risk mitigation, and delivering on critical security initiatives. Jason and his team are dedicated to managing IT and cyber security risks while supporting the firm’s growth and success.

Jason’s distinguished career began with five years of service as an active duty Cyber Operations Officer in the United States Air Force, where he led network operations, defense, and information assurance teams. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering Management from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. Jason also possesses several industry-leading certifications, including CISSP, CISM, and Series 99, and is a graduate of the Chief Information Security Officer program at Carnegie Mellon University.

Outside of his professional life, Jason enjoys reading spy novels and spending time with his wife Courtney, their 6-year-old son Crew, and their 4-year-old daughter Ada.
