Ricky Davis is Senior Vice President, Chief Privacy Officer for Synchrony. In this role, Davis is responsible for leading the comprehensive privacy program across the enterprise and supporting all data and cybersecurity related processes and activities. He joined Synchrony’s former parent company General Electric Capital Corporation in 1992 where he served in a number of senior and strategic legal capacities.

Prior to this position, Davis was a corporate associate at the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell.
